We make sure trainings
are never monotonous. We involve learning through
games, non-offensive anecdotes, humors, group
exercises, etc. to lighten the mood and often set the
situation into perspective. |

The final motto
that governs our approaches is that: “beyond
applications, it’s the results that count!” Indeed all
the training and learning would not be of any use
unless they can achieve the desired results. |
Experiential Learning
Experiential learning provides powerful and creative
learning which is centered around doing. This method
uses the whole of the learning cycle to involve
people in thinking, planning, experimenting,
decision making and taking action. This process is
then followed by observing, reflecting, reviewing,
adjusting goals and taking more action. This adds up
to a comprehensive learning experience. |
