Our Unique Approaches

Our unique approaches are designed and developed to set the stage for a conducive learning environment which include:
The Sandwich Formula
We split up a training package into modules spread across a span of time. First session helps in assimilating new concepts and the time lag gives the opportunity for application of the principles.
Workshop to Workplace
It’s NOT in the training; it’s the application that matters! We make sure trainees get opportunities to try and practice the ideas gained through training in the time period using our Sandwich Formula methodology.
Edutainment in Action
We make sure trainings are never monotonous. We involve learning through games, non-offensive anecdotes, humors, group exercises, etc. to lighten the mood and often set the situation into perspective.
Impact Monitoring
The final motto that governs our approaches is that: “beyond applications, it’s the results that count!” Indeed all the training and learning would not be of any use unless they can achieve the desired results.
Experiential Learning
Experiential learning provides powerful and creative learning which is centered around doing. This method uses the whole of the learning cycle to involve people in thinking, planning, experimenting, decision making and taking action. This process is then followed by observing, reflecting, reviewing, adjusting goals and taking more action. This adds up to a comprehensive learning experience.
